Meet Jiveny

For the woman who knows she is here for more

I’m not interested in who you think you should be. I’m interested in what comes up when you really sit with the question:

What kind of life would I create if I could have it all my way?

Before you freak out and worry I’m encouraging you to become a narcissistic pixie dream girl who lives in her own world, oblivious to the relational nature of being human, hear me out…

This is not about living in a fantasy world where only your needs matter.

It’s about listening to your soul and working backwards from the best-case scenario, so you can build a life that actually feels like yours.

Because we women are born to feel alive.

Yet so much of that aliveness gets dampened when we go through the motions of everyday life without question. We learn to be good, useful, accommodating and sensible. We learn to keep the peace. We learn to want less. And somewhere along the way, we can lose touch with the woman we are here to become.

What I Help Women Create

Lives, love and relationships that actually feel good to live inside.

I’m not here to help women perform empowerment. I’m here to help you build the self-trust, relationship skills and capacity to receive the life you say you want.

Love that feels secure, alive and reciprocal.

Standards that protect your heart without closing it.

Ambition, devotion, pleasure and presence that can co-exist in the same life.

Because the next level is rarely about doing more. It is about learning how to hold more.

Coaching Since 2016

A little about my work

Since 2016, I have coached women from their 20s to their 70s through dating, heartbreak, marriage, motherhood, identity shifts and the ache of knowing they are ready for more.

I co-authored How to Make the Biggest Decision of Your Life with my father, psychiatrist and relationship therapist Dr George Blair-West. Alongside my husband, Joe, I built Dating For Love from the ground up: a home for people who want to build real, lasting love rather than keep repeating the same old patterns.

My work brings together the things I have spent a lifetime exploring: love, self-trust, feminine power, relationship patterns, spiritual mysticism, family, creativity and the courage to build a life that genuinely feels like your own.

I am not here to hand you another version of womanhood to perform. I am here to help you hear yourself more clearly, trust what you know, and create a life, relationship and body of work that you can actually inhabit.

If you are done with contorting yourself to fit a life that looks good from the outside but does not feel right on the inside, you are in the right place.

You do not need to become someone else. You may simply need to remember who you are, honour what you want, and let that be enough to begin.

My Story

The long road home to love, life and myself

I have been on a long, sometimes messy path of self-discovery and feminine embodiment since I was 17 years old, fresh out of high school and trying to figure out what it meant to be a fulfilled human in this day and age.

For much of my young adult life I was wrestling with my relationship with myself, my body, my emotions and my place in the world. I questioned love too. Did it even exist? Nothing I had experienced had come close to what I had heard written about in love songs and fairytales.

How do I build a life and relationships that actually fulfil me and goes the distance?

Fresh out of high school, I did what was expected of me. I went to uni, got my degree, did an internship, found a paid position and started building a career as a copywriter in the advertising industry. I loved writing, and this path seemed like a viable way to blend it with an income. But the deeper I got into it, the less right it felt, as though I had to contort my talents to fit the commercial hole I had been hired to plug. Finally, and as much as I’d like to say “I quit”, the truth is, I got fired. By that stage, my heart just wasn’t in it and it showed.

So, I joined a hippie caravan and started travelling the world, learning just how little one could live off and still have a great time.

I fell in love. I fell out of love. I chased love. I renounced love. I confused lust for love. I ignored love for lust. Sometimes I broke hearts. Other times my heart got broken. Still, I soldiered on, seeking a loving connection that could weather my storm…

Following the path

Throughout it all, one big truth began to emerge:

I had to learn to embrace my femininity.

Honestly, I was such a tomboy growing up. Sure, I could dress girly, but I loved hanging with the guys and competing with them. I revelled in the fantasy of giving them a run for their money.

For a long time, I had absorbed the idea that femininity was lame, weak, desperate or somehow less valuable. I had learned to see power largely through the lens of competition, relentless effort and proving that I could do what men could do.

But throughout my twenties, I started to question it all. I began to understand that feminine power could be very different from the kind of power men often wield, but no less valuable. It took a while for that to sink in, but I was curious enough to explore the alternative.

The gifts I see in womanhood

What I have since found is that it is actually pretty awesome being a woman, if you are willing to fully embrace your femininity.

I do not believe it is a competition. There are pros and cons to being either sex. At a certain point, you have to choose to see the gifts available to you and make peace with the rest.

To me, the gifts of being a woman look like this:

You get to be radiant and magnetic.

You do not have to push, chase or make every good thing happen through relentless linear effort. You can cultivate presence, desire, discernment and self-trust, then let life, love and opportunity meet you there without forcing it.

You can hold both tenderness and authority.

A woman does not have to become harder, louder or more traditionally masculine to lead. There is real power in discernment, warmth, standards and the ability to make people feel both seen and called forward.

You have access to a rich inner and relational life.

This is not exclusive to women, of course. But women are often given more permission to name emotion, seek support, talk honestly and make meaning from life. Used well, this becomes wisdom rather than overthinking.

Your body can be an instrument of knowing.

My own relationship with my body, cycles and motherhood has taught me a more seasonal approach to life. It has asked me to become more self-attuned, more honest about capacity, and more willing to listen. This is my experience, not a prescription for every woman. But I have found that the body often knows before the mind has caught up.

You get to be both beautiful and formidable.

You do not have to choose between being sensual, soft, creative, maternal, playful, intelligent, ambitious, spiritually awake, sexually alive or deeply serious. The range is enormous and so fun to play with.

For me, these are not abstract ideas about womanhood. They are things I have had to learn how to receive, inhabit and build. It did not happen overnight.

As I stopped trying to do life on terms that did not truly belong to me, I became more available for the life I actually wanted: a deeply loving partnership, a family, meaningful work and a life that did not require me to abandon myself in order to succeed.

Coming Home

The love I learned to build

At 25, I came home to Australia. I studied life coaching, kept diving into personal development and eventually met Joe. I still had much to learn about lasting love, but I committed to the journey.

We have now been together for more than a decade. Together, we have built a family, a business and a life that reflects what we value.

Through our relationship, I have learned so much about what it takes to build a secure, thriving partnership. It is why Joe and I created Dating For Love: to help others build real, lasting love rather than keep repeating the same old patterns.

The Woman I Am Now

Mother · Mystic · Mentor

Motherhood has deepened my relationship with devotion, responsibility, embodiment and the kind of legacy I want to leave.

Mysticism keeps me in conversation with the unseen, with intuition and with the possibility that our lives are always responding to what we are willing to believe, choose and receive.

Mentoring is where all of this becomes real, relational and useful.

I have spent so much of my life exploring how to live in a way that is truthful, alive and sustainable. Not just for a beautiful moment, but for the long haul. Not just in your inner world, but in your relationships, your family, your work, your body and the way you move through an ordinary Tuesday.

This is the work I do

Today, I mentor women who are ready to stop performing their lives and start inhabiting them.

Women who have built plenty, held plenty and carried plenty, but know there is another way to live, love and lead.
